Performances
The folk songs and stories collected and created as part of the Hulked soundwalk project have been put together to create a delightful, one hour long live show called ‘The Last Barge’.
Jeremy Scott and Anna Braithwaite use field recordings, live instruments, looper pedals, their voices and folk dance to tell the story of the last barges of Kent. On occasion they are joined by Oast House Community Choir and have had the pleasure of performing this show aboard the Edith May sailing barge, at Chatham Historic Dockyard, in St Margaret of Antioch Church in Lower Halstow as well as at the Classic Boat Festival (London) and at the Festival of Chatham Reach.
